This is indeed a 😊wonderful animated book... especially for those who want to know about their future endeavors and need to understand that the present matters the most to them... and how to know their goals. Do... your desire and your passion. ..and knowing what to do...especially when you are confused about what to do in life..writing all and then shortlisting what is a luxury and what exactly you should do. I ordered its animation book and it is awesome, the animation quality is also good and it is visual, let me tell you because when i ordered it i was very confused about my life what i was doing I am, but then it was for a little right hand the same.

We all want to live a long and healthy life. not us? Ikigai has all the elements to decode it.
Ikigai is a Japanese word, which translates as "the pleasure of being always busy or busy". The people of Okinawa lead a simple outdoor life, drink green tea, and eat a healthy diet served in a special bowl that limits what they eat. The animated book explains that every creature has an Ikigai, a journey of self-discovery and one worth exploring. Ikigai draws attention to the lifestyle of Japanese people by showing how they lead an optimally healthy life, full of happiness and longevity. The main focus is on a diet, daily activities, and a sense of pleasure. It also includes knowledge gained from supercentenarians (over 110 years of age) around the world. Everyone's Ikigai is different but the quest is general. Still looking for you Ikigai, no worries, smile, take a deep breath, and find the one. I admire everyone for this book and can't stop talking about it. Take it

I personally believe that having a purpose on in life and then giving it your all is the most important to lead a happy life. This book validates so.

Ikigai is a short but not very short book based on a Japanese concept. According to this concept, we find the deeply sown purpose of our lives from within ourselves by defining our passion, mission, vocation and profession. It gives you tips as to how the simplest things in our life, like sometimes, taking a pause, are what will give us a long and happy life.

I bought a hardcover because of it’s extremely pretty cover. The cover itself will soothe your mind whenever you look at it. The title does go with the book but personally for me, not as I thought it would.

If you are expecting it to help you find your Ikigai, give you step by step solution as to how you can find it and reward it with millions of dollars, you’ll be disappointed. This book is full of facts, real life experience from Japan’s Okinawa and compels you to focus more on you : your health, your choices, your focus and your inner happiness. It will probably be the only book you’ll come across that tells you to take it, relax, but also burn in your passion.

The language is as simplistic and beautiful❤️ as the cover🥰 and its content. Not many tough words and very beginner-friendly in the reading world. The structure to is great with a prologue, 9 chapters, an epilogue and a list of more suggestions for you to explore in the end.

Coming to the overall feel of the book, it’s very cozy. In it’s own way, it also does help you slightly to find your own Ikigai.

I thought it would be a full on hustle kind of book but I felt relaxed after this read. I was ready to take on my tasks stress-free. Though it is not something extremely crazy and different, it definitely is a one-time read for all the hustlers or non-hustlers out there who think they have to punish themselves to get what they want.

It's not original 🤔thinking, but the material is put together in a way that flows and provides simple, easy-to-follow ideas. It usefully distilled many of the other books I've read. I am now making positive changes like starting my day with exercise, moving more, eating up to 80 percent of the time, and focusing on the things that give me flow and trying to kick bad habits. Huh. I loved reading about the people and lifestyle of Okinawa.

The negative reviewers seem to have largely missed the point. Or were looking for something they wouldn't find in a book. Yes, there are chapters on diet and exercise, and the content of this isn't particularly new or surprising (though it may be disturbing, these things are actually characteristics of a healthy lifestyle).
But there is much more, including a sense of purpose and meaning, that is common to those who live in an advanced age. The way it is explored and its links to, for example, logotherapy, are helpful and illuminating. Ikigai offers a real recipe for living a meaningful life if you're willing to put some time and thought into it.
I completely disagree with the reviewer who wanted this to be too long! Most books are badly overwritten and in need of editing: The value of a book lies in the quality of its content, not the number of pages it fills. It's presented with a charming look, says what it needs, then stops.

Anyone interested in taking steps to live a long and healthy life has probably read, heard or guessed 95% of the tips in this book. But the 5% that makes a difference is where Ikigai comes in. Here in the West we all hear how stress is killing us, and we are full of practices and techniques to reduce it. We are encouraged to be "cautious," but there isn't much to be said about how to be happy. And we don't hear so much about purpose or finding a reason to live (ikigai). I think any person who is not medically depressed or on the verge of suicide would say "yes" if asked, "Do you want to live to the age of 110 in a state of bliss, in perfect health, without requiring any assistance. physical or mental work?" And in this book, there are many interviews with people who do exactly that. Ikigai shines the spotlight on the habits, attitudes and attitudes on life that are responsible for not only longevity but the vigorous and joyful longevity of the people of Okinawa – a life full of self-reliance, movement, gratitude, love. Serenity, and anti-fragility.

This is a nice short book that depicts the lives of people from different centuries around the world. Centered around them, this book attempts to gather the essentials to lead a healthy life. It tells you not to run in the rat race and keep doing what you do best. good read

The book arrived in good condition. But as far as the concept of Ikigai is concerned, it cannot be implemented in India. It requires a strong sense of community and tolerance and understanding and trust and most importantly, good faith among people who are otherwise practically strangers.

We are a people where the concept of treating people on the basis of good faith by default does not exist. Goodwill cannot be exercised one-sidedly. Ergo, conceptually the concepts in this book do not apply to the Indian environment.

Especially in the surroundings of the island town of Ogimi with a population of 3,000, it is the highest in the village of living. Is. ,
People with social connections are like this.
You know about being able to know about Ikigai.
It has not been authenticated even after it has been certified. Good information. There are 10 rules of Ikaigi based on interactions with such people.

Great book Some good rules came up for me. For example, the 80% rule on food and being obstinate and imagining the worse every day to rid yourself of fear. There are lots of rules, do whatever you like

I thought it would be a hustle kind of book, but after watching it I felt relaxed😌. I was ready to de-stress my tasks. While this is not something very crazy and isolated, it is definitely a must-watch for all hustlers or non-hustlers who think they have to punish themselves to get what they want.

The people of Japan believe that everyone has an ikigai – a reason to jump out of bed every morning. And according to residents of the Japanese island of Okinawa—the world's longest-living people—finding it is the key to a longer and more fulfilling life. Inspirational and relaxing, this book will provide you with life-changing tools to unleash your personal ikigai. It will show you how to let go of the urgency, find your purpose, nurture friendships❤️, and throw💪 yourself into your passions.

The book talks about several points raised from different philosophies such as conservatism, emphasizing the need to flow. It is not only about the longevity of the people of Okinawa, but also how their lifestyle can be chosen to suit the hectic lifestyle of modern times.

it is my life's first book that what I have seen in animation but i can say One of the best self help books I have ever read. It not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides practical examples. One of the best lines before me in the book is - "The happiest people are not the ones who achieve the most. They are the ones who spend more time than others in a state of flux." Books help us collect. In addition to finding your ikigai ways to build an active life mentally and physically... In today's fast-paced world where we are always in a hurry, it teaches us that we can remember most things if we live. Will life soon. Building virtues is more important. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to focus on inner development.

The book touches upon "ikigai" or the purpose of life with the message that everyone has their own ikigai and must be discovered on their own. There is nothing new in this. It also provides details of the daily habits of eating, socializing, etc. of the supercentenarians, which the authors believe are factors responsible for their longer than average lifespan. The information provided is useful but not exhaustive. There are references to other literature where detailed information can be found if one wishes to explore them. I found the title a bit unrelated to the content. The book begins with the ikigai concept but explores other areas of general well-being and longevity. The title could have been "Secrets to Live Longer and Happy". Ikigai is one of the factors in addition to diet, daily activities, being flexible, etc. and the very beautiful🥰 way the animated book has shows
